About me...

I experienced a mystery neurological Functional Neurological Disorder that started in late 2021. I had trouble walking, weak shaky legs, had tremors, spasticity, trembling, weakness, brain fog, fatigue and insomnia.


I turned to natural healing, a raw food fruit and vegetable diet. Within two weeks my health had an upswing. By four months the results were upstanding. Detoxification at its simplest and best.


Now I want to help you; w

Q. How will I know if Time Line Therapy is for me?

A. Time Line Therapy is a powerful therapeutic process for enhanced personal growth that has evolved from hypnosis and NLP, developed by Tad James, PhD in the 1980s. It was developed by applying a therapeutic process to the concept that we store our memories in a linear fashion in an internal memory storage system. TLT provides one of the most powerful processes and techniques for personal change and growth that rapidly leads to a sense of emotional freedom and relief, improved self-esteem and decision making, and significantly reduces stress and anxiety levels. If you are interested in fast-tracking your personal growth Time Line Therapy is for you. 

Q. How will I know if NLP is for me?

A. Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a psychological approach that explores the connection between our thoughts (neuro), language (linguistic), and patterns of behavior (programming) learned through experience. NLP is often used in coaching, therapy, and self-improvement to enhance emotional regulation, decision-making, and overall well-being. NLP might be right for you if you're open to trying practical, hands-on techniques for personal growth and behavioural change. If you want to enhance your confidence, relationships, or leadership skills, NLP could be beneficial.

Q. How will I know if raw foods are for me?

A. Everybody is different, this is true, but raw foods have a long, long history of healing the sick. The best way to find out if it will work for you is to take the plunge and try it out. Pay attention to how your mind and body responds, and you may very well discover that this approach brings you the healing you desire. Give it a try and observe the changes—it could be the solution you’ve been looking for.

Q. What about protein?

A. Fruit and vegetables contain protein. You can check your daily intake with the app I recommend to ensure you're still getting your daily protein requirements. During the  28-day plan, your total protein consumption will be lower, around half, than the recommended guidelines, but this temporary reduction won't be detrimental to your health. Once you are healed or in the process of healing, if you are concerned about your protein, you can reintroduce lean meats or fish a few times a week, and/or add protein-rich legumes such as lentils, chickpeas and split peas to your diet.

Q. What about B12? Where will I get it from if I'm not eating meat?

A. Most of the population is low and/or deficient in B12 to begin with, despite eating meat. The Standard Australian Diet, which is high in fats, gluten, processed foods, and additives, often leads to poor B12 absorption. Even if your B12 levels appear normal, it doesn't guarantee that the B12 is being absorbed effectively where it is needed in your body, such as your central nervous system and organs. B12 is crucial for tens of thousands of different bodily reactions and needs to be in the form of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin for optimal absorption and utilization. Therefore, even if you follow a Standard Australian Diet, taking a high-quality B12 supplement is advisable to ensure your body gets the B12 it needs.

Q. Isn't eating all this fruit too much sugar? 

A. Fruit sugar is simply NOT the same thing as table sugar, other sweeteners or the nefarious High Fructose Corn Syrup. Fruit sugar is wrapped around life-enhancing nutrients, minerals and vitamins, and its only because of this sugar that these nutrients are able to enter our cells. Fruits (and fruit sugars) prevent disease, slow down aging, kill off pathogens and heal our bodies on a cellular level. Fruit stops oxidation, which is what ages us. The real culprit is fat in the diet which stops fruit sugar from being absorbed.

For those who of you who believe they are fructose intolerant, the same applies. Cut down your fat intake and bring fruit into your life and your fructose intolerance should disappear. This approach can help you enjoy the numerous health benefits that fruits provide.

 

Q. What happens if I'm under the care of medical professional already?

​A. Great, I'm not against medical help. Let your doctor know what you are doing and ask for their support. Even better, get your blood markers taken beforehand so you are able to measure them after and see the difference in black and white! 

Q. Will I lose weight during this program?

A. More than likely, yes. Especially if you've been eating a Standard Australian Diet beforehand. The benefit of eating a lot of fruit and leafy greens is that your skin will remain supple and firm and will be less likely to sag with any weight loss.​​​
