I’m Britt Mueller — Raw Healing & NLP Coach.
After collapsing with neurological symptoms and finding no answers in the medical system, I turned to raw foods — and my body began to respond within weeks.
My background in coaching and NLP became my anchor: it helped me stay calm, consistent and emotionally steady and focused while my body repaired itself.
Now I’m on a soul-driven mission to help others discover their own healing formula — whether that’s raw-food cellular work, subconscious rewiring, or both.

Q: Do I need to be vegan or fully raw?
A: No. This isn’t about labels — it’s about listening to your body.
That said, going fully raw can accelerate the healing process — especially if your body is in an active phase of detox or rebuilding.
Many people notice faster results when they give their system a complete break from heavy, cooked and high-fat foods.
Once your body reaches a certain level of healing and balance, you can absolutely choose to incorporate some cooked vegetables, legumes (including legume pasta) and/or lean proteins (wild fish, grass-fed red meat and oganic white meat) — if that feels right for you.
The key is to remain low fat, largely raw and within the 'foods to avoid' guidelines.
Your body will tell you what it needs next — this work is about learning to hear it.
Q: What if I’ve tried everything before — why would this work?
A: Because this approach isn’t about adding more — it’s about removing what’s blocking you.
